EAPEA — EAP for Everyone, Always — gives UK businesses of all sizes access to professional employee support services through a single, affordable subscription. Our service scales with the needs of your organisation, from small startups to large enterprises with thousands of employees. We also offer full benefit broking services, helping companies review and optimise their existing health insurance, dental, group life, and income protection policies.

Who It's For

EAPEA is built for UK employers who want to provide meaningful, practical wellbeing support to their staff without the complexity and cost of arranging individual services. Our partner programme also enables HR consultants, insurance brokers, and wellbeing advisers to earn commission by referring clients, with a dedicated portal for generating illustrations, tracking referrals, and managing commissions.

Who We Are

EAPEA was founded in 2026 by a team that has been working in employee wellbeing and related industries since 2014. We are part of a group of related companies — an insurance broker, a non-regulated benefits provider, and an individual health insurance broker — serving over 1,000 employers across the UK. Our EAP services are delivered in partnership with PAM Wellness, a leading UK provider of employee assistance programmes and occupational health services with a reach of 1.5 million employees. PAM Wellness are BACP Accredited, ISO 27001 certified, Cyber Essentials Plus accredited, and an EAPA UK member.
